On Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace this morning, John Boehner said that all options were on the table when it comes to the GOP’s plan to force President Obama to approve the Keystone XL pipeline. When Wallace asked if Republicans would hold the payroll tax cut extension hostage until the pipeline was approved, Boehner repeated, “all options are on the table.”
